The young blonde hair girl, isn't very good at serving as she only put 3 small piece of lettuces & 2 small pieces of red pepper hardly any salad got put in. My daughter was still hungry after her subway {she's not a big eater either}. When I asked for lettuces again & again she looked at me like I was stupid. Definitely won't be eating again in there anytime soon. Shame really as its been done up as well, but that's not done any justice really with the tightness of the size of portions they serve.Vegetarian options: Plant baseWheelchair accessibility: Easy access in/out

MY FRIEND GOT ME THE SUB I HAD HALF OF HERB ROLL HAD BEEF LARGE SLICES WITH SLICED CHEESE TOASTED WITH JELOPINO,S LOTS OF THEM SALAD OLIVES AND GARLIC MAYO WHO EVER MADE IT. THEY MADE IT PERFECTLY MY DOG HAD SOME BEEF IT WAS VERY TASTY. AND IT WAS STILL WARM JUST RIGHT. Came in here at dinner time a few days ago.. The sandwich was ok.. But rushed and didn't look as appetising as usual.. Only one member of staff on at a busy period and was rushing to serve everyone.. Get more staff on at busy periods.. The shop was busy at a peak time..

As I ordered sandwich she said that you can't pick anything else than name of sandwich ends up with something I hate to eat. Totally rubbish customer service. Last time the other girl was nice she asked me everything before putting in sandwich.

Use this subway often and the staff are usually very helpful and friendly. Apart from one female manager who is miserable, snappy and sarcastic. Asked if I could change the sauce in one of the new subs they offer she sternly told me no, no explanation as to why just a snappy no ( I've had it changed before) She rushed us through the order and kept interrupting when I was speaking. A younger girl served me at the salad part and I asked if I could have the seasoning for the wedges separately as I share them with my young child this isn't normally an issue. Said manger shouted from the other end no you can't have it separate! When I explained to the younger girl serving me that they usually do this for me she apologised and got it in a separate container for me. The manager is rude and abrupt and talks to customers like crap It wasn't even busy at the time but all she wanted to do was hurry people up. The other staff are excellent though always helpful. Also the toilet is never in use and there isn't any high chairs for small children so much for being family friendly. Manager could do with some customer service training

Shocking, ordered my food and other than the meat, everything was wrong. When I have tried calling to get it fixed, they would not pick up the phone.

We had a foot long meat ball in marinara sauce, sauce was bitter and disgusting. Asked for cheese, and came with no cheese, meatballs tasted horrible. Ordered food at 16.30 pm, and it came 1 and a quarter hours later, food was only lukewarm. All in all this was a rip off, I would urge people nt to use this shop, I believe a visit from the department of health is needed.
