Ordered two drinks on Uber eats this morning from this branch for my sister as it’s our birthday today. I attached a note asking them to write happy birthday on the cup. These lovely humans wrote happy birthday on both of the cups as drew balloons and wrote a note for my sister on the receipt as well as writing happy birthday on the bag. Thank you so much for being so lovely, a small thing really can go a long way especially on an unexpected November lockdown birthday.\\nMy sister said the drinks were delicious and made really well too. Thank you Costa Mutley team. You guys are amazing. x

Went twice over the weekend to break up the toils of flat cleaning. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, nice treats and good coffee.

Was really obvious the staff didn't want to be there, the drinks ans food was good and to the typical standard. Lovely comfortable seats and plently of papers to read while enjoying your drink. Just not the same good service i am use to from this coffee chain.
