Dropped in for a morning coffee, croissant and a naughty salted caramel chocolate cookie. Excellent coffee, great service from friendly staff, who brought the warmed cookie to the table after we were seated. Nice view outside, watching the life of the town go by. Good stop off for a quick drink and bite to eat. Will be going back again.
I am a fan of a flat white and it is usually very good. I have indulged in a hot chocolate which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am not commenting on the food because I am not keen on coffee house food regardless of the chain I am visiting. The staff are very welcoming. Just a small criticism: it can be difficult, but never impossible, to find a clear table. Great view of the Piazza from here.

If you like your coffee hot, just ask and they'll pre-warm the cups. Service is always good, but like all of these large coffee retailers, it can get very busy, so be prepared for a wait, and a seat.
