Very helpful staff they brought my food and drinks over as I was on crutches, be great if you did gluten free sandwiches, and vegan food then you definitely get 5 starsVegetarian options: Not much vegetarian choice apart from cheesDietary restrictions: Be great if you could do foods for gluten free and dairy free ,as you can do the milks but shocked you charge 35p each drink with oat milkWheelchair accessibility: Can get around the shop with wheelchair, an easy access toilet and entrance, and staff will also bring your item to the table for you

Typical city centre Costa with seating indoors and out. Quick service and able to keep up with busy early morning trade.

This Costa needs to be shut down because me and my family went there to have something to eat and drink but "you can't sit in the store because there toilets are broke" you wasn't even allowed to sit outside the store. Then you have the rudeness of the staff, starting arguments with the customers.

Dishwasher not working so they were only serving using takeaway cups - not a great environmental message
