Got poisonedThey never put dip inside. Food is below average, and chicken is somewhat too soft, ? is the worst.Other KFC places are much better, this one is really bad.I would NOT recommend eating here.

Do not order delivery.Just had a KFC delivery, which was missing six pieces of chicken. Got through to ‘delivery partner support’ and they would only offer £4 refund. I paid £20 for 4 mini fillets and 4 hot wings. Absolutely outrageous.

If you ask for a napkin or a straw or anything the look at you like your talking another language and then get it with such attitude that it makes you wish you never botheredParking: You can park in the car park across the road and you get 15 mins for free otherwise u have to park down one of the side roads

The manager of KFC mutley plain is a full on horrible person being horrible to her staff in front of customers and just straight up horrible embarrassing for herself and the business sack her immediately your staff work so hard and are amazing but this girl just plain horrid and fake. Again please sack her as soon as you can terrible worker and person.

SHUT IT DOWN!Will never eat here again, felt so unwell after and the quality of food was poor.Everyone I know who's eaten here has been unwell so please avoid it, when I ate here for the first time I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant was bad, bins over flowing, debri and food everywhere.When it was mentioned to the manager, a staff member went out to change the bins, once finished they went back onto serving food with unwashed hands, yuck! The manager is so lackluster and all she cares about is sitting on her backside in the office. This place needs a shaken up in the team and management, have written to trading standards about the hygiene of this place.
