I regret not reading the reviews before ordering! The service is HORRIBLE! The employees have no idea what's going on around them. Delivery takes an average of 3 hours. This is a sick joke.

Worst service and delivery ever! Don't expect to receive your order faster than 2.5 hours. Also the staff is rude, impossible to communicate with. They constantly change the version and pass the phone to each other.

Food was cold on arriving. Ordered at 3.46pm food arrived 4.56 which was 15 minutes after we got notified it had been delivered. This is the second time this has happened.

Why ZERO communication?
2 x items wrong when delivered, but I paid for more expensive items but was substituted so left out of pocket. ?
Didn't even tell me or offer refund, just swapped and dropped off! Label on box still showed what I ordered but different item inside? ??‍♀️
We called 3 x times total after order showed as delivered when it wasn't, just told be there in a min which it wasn't. (If they're out of something, fine, let me know so I can decide if I'm happy to proceed with that change.)
Ordered through app. Will just go collect from another place next time so I can communicate with them if any changes.

The worse service ever. Food ordered at 5:22PM and after 2 hours of waiting, no food and instead a text message saying sorry your delivery was cancelled. Called the restaurant twice and they were no help at all. The restaurant did not know what was going on. Very poorly run. Told me to contact customer services for a refund… wish me luck. Will not be ordering again.

I give 2 stars for service because the female worker was so helpful to get my order sent finally after an hour. The manger of the store should really change his attitude or job he's in the wrong game told me my food would be there in 2 minutes it took 25 he didn't give a shit. The woman was so helpful she should be manager! The food was absolutely dogshit as well only ate it because I was so hungry and couldn't be asked to ask for a refund as it didn't look plausible after what I read online. I never do online reviews but this felt necessary. The food cost £20 so not cheap.

2 bad experiences in a row. First time I arrived after the tracker said my food had been collected already. Turned out a delivery driver had taken it out and I had to wait 15 mins for it to come back, they would not make me new food despite me requesting it.
2nd experience tonight, took 50 minutes for them to make my collection order. They'd turned their phone line off so couldnt call to check status before leaving home, drove over after 20 minutes. Order tracking still showed on making my order/first stage. No good will gesture offered. Ordered at 18.25 on a rainy Sunday, didn't get my food til 19.15. Plenty of delivery drivers collecting orders before I got mine, hardly any customer space so had to stand outside in rain. Twice bitten, twice shy - I'll go to Domino's over the road or Fireaway just up the road next time.
Pizza also did not have bacon on despite that being on ingredient list.

4 hours for delivery, stone cold and half order missing. Still waiting for it to be collected and returned to store.
