Popped in to Subway for a quick bite for tea whilst out shopping, the place was clean and tidy, staff were really pleasant and helpful and there is a good choice of sandwich fillings at affordable prices that won't break your bank.

This is a review I didn't want to do. I have enjoyed so many Subway eat in/ takeaways around the country over the years.I have to say first, that the service was excellent. The woman serving had really good customer service skills. She was polite, knowledgeable and offered to change her gloves for a vegan option.Unfortunately, the visit was spoilt by the state of the premises. It was scruffy, to say the least. Food was lodged in creases in the metal counter, where our meal was prepared. The menu boards looked so tired with splashes of, who knows what, across them. These boards also looked so cluttered and confusing, it was difficult to choose my options. I realise this is a corporate thing but the state of the store is down to the franchisee or manager.The floor was dirty and the toilet was awful, with no soap.Our subs were very good.Overall, pretty poor.Sorry, I wanted it to be better.

Ordered from just eat yesterday. . Delivery was late. Sub hadn't been toasted as requested. Everything stone cold to the point felt like it had been kept in a fridge or freezer.and soggy also had loaded doritos. All went in bin. Order was placed at 12.40. Driver was notified before 1pm didn't receive until 1.40 delivery only 5 minutes from location. Drivers didn't pick up until 1.25pm asked for refund from just eat was given £1.05. original order was £15.80 never had problem in past won't be using again

The sandwich was good but absolutely terrible customer service, kept me waiting whilst the three university aged members of staff chatted instead of preparing my food. Could only see the funny side of making me wait, avoid and visit the subway on old town street across town instead!
