This is a review I didn't want to do. I have enjoyed so many Subway eat in/ takeaways around the country over the years.I have to say first, that the service was excellent. The woman serving had really good customer service skills. She was polite, knowledgeable and offered to change her gloves for a vegan option.Unfortunately, the visit was spoilt by the state of the premises. It was scruffy, to say the least. I love this subway .we are regulars. Friendly staff .we have seen them struggle with the heat ,being very busy but they are still happy .it can be frustrating for some customers having to wait, but they have orders to prepare .I would wait because at least you get what you want .we have had no problems what so ever and we having been going 3 years.
