Waited long time to get our order taken. Got wrong drinks and waited for a juice about 10min. Not even one time anybody came to ask how is food. Food is not the best and very expensive. Service is very poor. I had half rack of ribs which was 26£. Very small plate for the price. My partner got burger. I would not pay 18£ for this. Looks worse than fast food. Children’s fish and chips was very dry.

We came here for late lunch, we were told at the door, it will be 30 min waiting time for food. We said, fine. After well over an hour, we got semi cold food, pathetic burgers, no cutlery, no sauces... Staff is not really motivated. No one came to ask how we like food or if we need anything else.
We have been visiting this place a few times so far, It was never the best, but it's convenient. We definitely won't be coming back.

Really disappointed in the food. The scallops were ok but on a bed of old lettuce and very dry almost stale bread with no butter. Chips were horrid and not cooked well. One meal was served wrong and the chicken off the curry moved into a brioche bun.... Which I get but you could have at least moved the rice. The portion or sea bass for the price was poor. We went somewhere else for ice cream after. For the price we were left sad. Seemed to be short of staff (both of whom were lovely, two errors in order though one with drink and one food)

Went in here for something to eat as we had been on the ferry and you get 10% off food when you show them the purchased ticket. Friendly staff and very nice food.

Awesome, fresh fish. Staff are friendly. Sea view location is lovely. Decor and atmosphere could be better. But overall would definitely recommend.

Lovely location and views spoiled by miserable, unhelpful bar staff. I didn't mind the expensive prices, I'm always happy to pay for a good spot by the water, but the overall experience was disappointing. Plenty of better options in the vicinity.

Ordered breakfast and considering there were not that many people in, it took far too long to arrive. My eggs benedict was OK except it was made with bacon, I was expecting ham (my fault for not reading the description but I've never had bacon in eggs benedict). The bacon was very thick, making the whole thing difficult to eat. Service was terrible. We had to ask for cutlery when our breakfasts arrived, and I had to go to the bar to ask for a glass for my husband's bottle of water. Only good thing was the location plus 10% discount because we had a ticket for a boat trip.
