What an amazing night we had on New Year's Eve ? Such a fantastic atmosphere in the pub with so many people up dancing to the fantastic band, Black Light Blue. The service provided by Claire and her staff was first class. What a buzz ?

Good beer and a friendly atmosphere. A popular pub, so prepare to stand at busy times.

A proper pub, with proper beer (and cider). One of the best places in Plymouth to meet with a few friends for pint and a chat, or if you’re around at the weekend, catch a band. Great staff - very efficient and very friendly. Pop in for a quick one, or settle in for a few hours. You’ll love it.

Met my friend, who said it will be a lot cheaper than town for a pint. £11.80 for 2 pints bargain can't wait to come

Last Thursday I came in with a couple of mates, Ollie served us, he was very knowledgeable with the real ales. Great humour. Lovely atmosphere. Would love to go back.

Been coming here for years, but the chap with the edgy hairdo was very rude. Not what customers have come to expect from this much-loved Mutley pub.

First time I've been in the Fort for years last night. Pleased to see it's still a great thriving pub. Great atmosphere and live music.

Great staff and atmosphere, looked up online looking for place to eat and walked down and got told they had no kitchen for many years. That was only let down.
