The core team (including the kitchen staff!) are warm friendly and accommodating. We have been here many times with a mixture of needs an allergies. The members of staff I would like to mention are Dan and Alex, who both ben over backwards to make this a place to return.

Best visit for a long timeVery busy day. However, the meat portions were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and on the ballThe only negative was the bar lady she was very rushed in every action and quite abrupt. Change put on the side when a hand is held out to receive is just rude

As usual an amazing carvery meal on offer today. We were served by Brad who is an amazing asset to this establishment. Informative, respectful and had great knowledge. Also the staff cutting the meat behind the carvery need a medal for the queues of people waiting! We will definitely be eating here again soon. Well done Toby Carvery

We booked a table for breakfast for 5 ladies some with mobility difficulties. For 10.30am. When we got there our table was a booth and had to squeeze in. We had to wait in queue and there was not of the breakfast left we had to wait for the potatoes, there was no mushrooms. We then sat back and started to eat our breakfast when we went to get some more tea it had gone as they said breakfast was finished at 11am which didn't give us enough time, nothing was written to say we would have to eat up before 11am !! The lovely waitress did go and get us all a cup of tea. We were then told that they needed the table by 11.30am. Could you tell us when we book a table how long have we got the table for because just an hour is not enough considering we have to go get our food then sit down and eat it. Was not happy at all
