Getting a drink before appointment. We come to Derriford fairly often for appointments for young baby, so stop in Costa to feed beforehand. Often get a 'hot' drink which more often than not seems to be more warm than hot. Partner also ordered a new drink that, on the poster, had cream and a dressing. None of which was on his drink. I brought from a Take-Away Costa Coffee Bar at Tesco's in Belmont Terrace on the way to my Doctor's.The first time I had used a Costa Coffee Machine and it was a nice cup of coffee.

Came in to get a take away drink only, although the various food choices looked good apart from the odd little fly on the pastrys. The building was lovely and clean, the girls behind the counter was friendly and professional. It was busy at the time I went in I think I was 5th in the que with more people behind me and 4 waiting for take away drinks with only two staff on they was rushed of their feet multi-tasking very well with good team work.
