“The location was easy to find. 2 car parks within easy reach. The serving staff were very attentive and showed equal measures of interest to every customer.The food was sooo delicious, we had a starter of garlic king prawns which was a fantastic choice (we had 6 prawns) though this was not a sharing dish, we did share. Then we went on the order the crab linguine and the catch of the day. The catch of the day was in a chowder and the taste of the fish impeccable.As stated, the service was very good, we did not have to ask about where our food was... All in all, I would completely recommend this place for a special occasion or a nice lunch or dinner out. I'll definitely be back.”

“We walked from Salcombe Town to The Winking Prawn. It’s a gorgeous walk.We have been there before but not since lockdown, so it was lovely to be back.I had a delicious crab sandwich and chips, my husband and I sat outside, under an umbrella, as it was warm, but drizzly.Staff were lovely and friendly.A simply gorgeous spot, rain or shine.We will be back.”
