This is one of our favourite cafe restaurants in Seaton whether for lunch, breakfast or for a quick coffee with a friend. The food is fresh and top quality. Service just right. I love their crab sandwich! ? The views of the sea and the seating area outside in the Summer is simply lovely. This is a cafe restaurant that we recommend time and time again to family and friends when visiting. We will be back!

Avoid if you value your health. Dirty, grubby place with awful food. Our food looked like it had been warmed up from.anorher diners left overs ?

Good location right on the Esplanade, but I wish we’d eaten elsewhere. The cafe felt shabby and needs renovation or at least a lick of paint and a deep clean! The tables were sticky and some of the cutlery dirty. Staff had a surly unhelpful attitude and were slow to take our order despite the cafe being almost empty. The food took ages to arrive, which we don’t mind if it’s freshly prepared, but it felt like basic microwave food. No care or pride in presentation. As a family we expect better. The owner seems to have a poor attitude towards customers. We will try another cafe or restaurant next time we visit Seaton.

We popped in here for breakfast as a family of 4 of us. It was very busy but service was extremely slow. We were sat for around 20mins before someone took our order. Ordered drinks and food and recieved our food before our drinks which isnt ideal and when we did recieved the hot drinks there were luke warm. Food was absolutely lovely, great portion sizes and lovely fresh ingredients presented well. Biggest negative of the visit was when we went to pay the same girl took payment off two of our party without saying anything. Partner paid and 10mins later the same girl took more money off another member of our party even though she couldnt find the ticket and 10mins early had took the payment. Didnt appreciate the dishonesty and put a massive negative on a nice meal. Would avoid this place in the future.

Nice cafe/bar on seafront. Staff friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating inside and outside and reasonably priced. This is situated on the main Esplanade in seaton with nice sea views. Would recommend and go

We stopped here last Wednesday morning for breakfast, it was a glorious sunny morning so we sat outside and perused the menu, yes it's expensive as it's on the seafront, that is to be expected! We received a first class service and the food was delicious and as we were on holiday we were more than happy to pay that bit extra.

Really nice lunch with mum. I had the pan fried hake with salad chips and peas, delicious, fish cooked perfectly. Mum had a small plate and enjoyed her sausage, all washed down with a pale bitter shandy or 2.

We decided while visiting Seaton for the day to have lunch and called in to the Coast Café on the front. We had the fillet of cod with chips and garnish (side salad and coleslaw). The cod was cooked to perfection, moist, flavoursome and delicious. Chips were perfect, garnish perfect. All washed down with a local beer. Lovely.

Poor service. Can't be bothered to put the drinks on the table. Leaves the tray there and it is for us to help ourselves to them. Ordered eggs benedict and the egg was cooked through. Rest of food was dripping in butter and oil. As for the "maple syrup", never seen a tree in its life. And the orange juice, I asked if it was fresh orange juice to which I received the confirmation it was from the waitress, unfortunately, it wasn't... it tasted like the cheapest fakest orange juice there is.

A return to this cafe for breakfast - was going to be a coffee stop but couldn’t resist trying the bubble and squeak roti. Not disappointed and my partners full English was also good. On the seafront with the sun shining on the terrace so a perfect start to the day. Not long before we we will return again.
