43 Church St, Axmouth, SeatonWe called in at just gone 2pm and the lovely lady said they could do food if we ordered quickly. So glad we did! Fish pie that was delicious, and up there with best my sister has ever had. I had fish & chips also delicious, crispy batter & lovely flaky fresh cod. Generous portions & presented well all served by them chef himself!

Masons Arms, SeatonLovely pub in little village. Highly recommend. Friendly staff, excellent food, probably the best roast I’ve had out (gravy and beef 10/10) great location. Lovely walks. Will definitely be back.

The Smugglers Kitchen
Fore St, Beer, SeatonThe food is lovely, the staff are lovely and in normal circumstances the atmosphere is lovely. There was a mass table of feral children shouting and screaming which spoilt the evening. It is a shame that parents can allow kids to behave this way when others are paying good money for what would be a lovely meal in an excellent restaurant. I give Smugglers Kitchen 5 stars as this is not their fault but maybe have a continguency plan to remind parents to keep children under control.

4 Marine Pl, SeatonPossibly the best cafe Seaton. Food quality was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Staff were all really nice and friendly and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Excellent little place, will be coming back.

1C Fore St, SeatonHad lunch here on Friday, got there a little early and first in. The restaurant is spacious with a cosmopolitan vibe. Great choice of wines and a good menu. I had the lunchtime special, chicken and mushroom pie....was light and tasty. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something a bit classier in Seaton. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals....so will be back

Kings Arms
Fore St, SeatonBeen coming here for decades, mostly in summer that is, and the quality of the food and drink has never slipped, genuinely delicious, and best beer garden in the area, will always recommend!
As an animal lover, always a bonus when the lovely alpacas have free roam up to the pub and can grab them some apples ?

The Wheelwright Inn
Swan Hill Rd, Colyford, ColytonFriendliest Village Pub. The pub is almost opposite the place we’d booked for the week. I popped in for a quick drink on my search for a shop to buy milk. Within 10 mins we were invited by the locals to join their skittles game. No pressure to join in, but a lovely evening. Bar staff are excellent and provided us with some milk for a bed time cuppa as we left. We’ve booked for Sunday lunch tomorrow as the food looked so good!

Fountain Head House, Branscombe, Street, SeatonWe had a lovely Sunday lunch here. We had a fairly large sized group, but that was no issue for them. We all had a lovely meal, I had the tomatoe soup and goats cheese with beetroot. The atmosphere was great, had steady stream of people but wasn't too busy. Service was great, you order at the bar but they checked a couple of things so they didn't get it wrong. We walked to the other pub in Branscombe but found it way too busy

The Terrace Arts Cafe
6 Marine Pl, SeatonDelicious food, great value, lovely bohemian feeling and atmosphere of this delightful cafe/restaurant. Staff were helpful and welcoming to us and dogs. Recommend the leek and wild mushrooms with sweet potato chips, and the sausage sandwich....all food is vegetarian and/or vegan, and very tasty. Good coffee too!

Didn't lean into the 'barrel of beer' in beer vibe too much, and seems to have a great balance between food during the day (which we sadly missed) and a drinkers pub in the evening. We were made to feel very welcome despite being obvious tourists - and a great selection of beers were on tap. Thoroughly recommended!

Coast Cafe Bar
Coast Cafe Bar, Esplanade, The Esplanade, SeatonCame here for the first time yesterday morning and was so so impressed. The loveliest possible view on outside seatings. Service was so quick and attentive. Our server was so lovely and helpful, made us feel really welcome. Was one of the best iced coffees I’ve had in a long time. Food was so so good, especially for the price! This was instantly our new favourite spot. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Harbour Rd, SeatonHave visited twice. Once with 3 Grandchildren. Then with friends.What a lovely find. Very friendly place. 2 Cooked breakfasts, 1 scrambled egg and plough mans was fantastic. Then next visit Toasted Tea Cakes and they were big. The Lady serving was on here own both times. All I can say is a very caring Lady. Thank you for 2 lovely visits.

I lived in London going to some top Chinese Restaurants and although this place is takeaway food, they have absolutely nailed all dishes!

Fleet House, The Underfleet, SeatonDelicious food and excellent service from Shahadad. I highly recommend the sharing menu – great value and every dish was full of flavour. The restaurant is also BYOB, which is a big bonus as you can bring exactly what you like to drink. Would definitely return.

East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Church St, Axmouth, SeatonWow my wife and I have just had an amazing experience here today. Not only was the carvery fantastic with the best choice of veg ever and all cooked well and very tasty but the staff went above and beyond to check ingredients as my wife has a nut allergy. Holiday Park, Harbour Rd, SeatonNice coffee shop inside Tesco and close to Seaton Tramway which is convenient as it closed later than other coffee shops.
However one thing that could be improved is the screen where you can find the menus. They are changing all the time which is annoying when you try to read the details.

The Beer Fish & Chip Shop
Fore St, Beer, SeatonJust had the best fish and chips of my life here. Ordered the local caught cod and locally farm produced chips, with gravy and a drink. Free chips while we waited as they were busy. The cod was perfectly cooked, with batter that was not greasy and moreish. Cannot rate this highly enough. ❤️❤️❤️
