Visited Tuesday 22nd August. The service was so slow. Took 30 mins to be served food and drink. New staff should be trained prior to serving and facing the public. Consequently after waiting for food; sitting and eating: shopping in the store for a full week’s shop; then queuing at the checkout, we may have incurred a fine for staying more than 2 hours.Thank you Costa!

Visited costa in Tesco Sevenoaks and was disgusted with the state of furniture! Other chairs dirty , would not recommend!

Tuesday 8th November and we visited here for a coffee with a friend. It was rather busy when we here and the staff were stretched but were doing their best. We did clear our table before we sat down, got a cloth from a member of staff, behind the counter, to wipe it down. She did offer to clean the table for us, we did it ourselves. It did take a bit of time to get served, we ordered two flat whites and a black coffee. It was worth the wait, it was a good flavoursome cup of coffee. The staff were busy but still managed to stay polite and welcoming.
