Great service and atmosphere, large mocha was very tasty and even with a little biscoff biscuit on the side, only downside however, the toasted sandwich was quite burnt, other than that, great!

I was waiting for my husband who was shopping I had small English breakfast the sausage yum, the rest was very nice the egg was cooked perfectly, service everybody behind the counter was very pleasant the only thing I would say about the atmosphere was some of the people in the cafe should not have been there po faced prats but that is no reflection on the cafe people. MarvelousKid-friendliness: Their were kids in the cafe,Wheelchair accessibility: I have a walker & got in fine ?

Carly and James cooked loads of lunches on Christmas Day for older people, many single and lonely, plus many meals were delivered. We volunteered to wait on tables and to fetch and carry people to the cafe. We had food which was excellent and chatted to the people who were keen to talk Well done you two plus the people/organisations that funded it!!

A really excellent cafe with great food, coffee (other beverages available) & a really friendly atmosphere. It also welcomes well behaved dogs too.

As I had 10 minutes to wait for my bus to Sidmouth, I decided I didn't have time to go to Costa, so would try "Pebbles". My favourite coffee is a double macchiato, which normally costs around £2.50 to £2.65 (£2.60 in Costa, who always make a perfect one). At "Pebbles", I was charged £3.20 (the most I've ever paid anywhere in the world!). If it had been a perfect coffee, it would have been bad enough, but it was very poor - they obviously had no idea how to make one. It was overmilked and weak. The service was slow as well, so I had to dash off to get my bus, so didn't have time to complain. Appalling!

Very welcoming venue, especially for dog owners. Lovely staff. Coincidentally, my dog is called Pebbles.
