Had a great little lunch. Pasty was excellent. The panini are good. Carrot cake, millionaire, rocky road,...all nice !really lovely staff. It's a bit slow to get the panini warmed up. But will definitely come back. Lots of room to seat at the

Decided to take the extra charges and eat in. The atrocious service kept me waiting 45 minutes for a cornish pasty!I only had 2 hours on the car, so I felt like I had to rush. Shame too, because the pasty was actually quite nice.I wouldn't recommend the sit in at all

I waited patiently while the customer in front of me read out his lengthy order, but I was completely ignored by the staff member behind the counter, no eye contact, no acknowledgement that I was there, not even a quick 'be with you in a sec'. Eventually she went to the kitchen door & announced to someone in the kitchens ''incoming'' & turned her back on me to make a coffee and still nobody came out to serve me, so I left, empty-handed. Need to brush up on your customer service skills. I wont be back.

A place where small children are disregarded like rubbish in the bin: no hot chocolate for children, nothing to colour in, poor dietary option. Will never visit again.

Waited a long time after ordering. Other tables served in front of us. After complaining, they said there is a fault in their machine which sends the order to the kitchen. They had to take the order again. There were lots of apologies but that wasn't good enough. No offers of a discount or complimentary tea or coffee. We won't be going back.

Not particularly busy so ordered food which after 35 minutes still hadn't arrived. Had to go so went and got a refund. No apology or explanation.

This place is a rip off sausage rolls just mush,over cooked....very poor quality food cakes all stuck to bags.....and very expensive.
Terrible experience. Arrived and ordered food. Quiche had run out even though we had been able to order and pay for the item so an alternative was requested. My food arrived and my partners food did not. We then chased it up 3 times before the food was the eventually prepared and an excuse offered. I had finished my food and continued to wait for the "quiche" to arrive. Eventually the food arrived after 30 minutes of chasing and 44minutes after ordering and paying. Really poorly managed and appeared that no one was actually in charge. Cutlery had run out and was not replenished. Bins over flowing in the toilets. Another table next to us had also items missing from their order and had to request. Worst experience of eating out in a long time.....

Popped in after taking my son swimming.Coffee was good . Good price and the cake we had were lovely.The menu looked good, and prices were reasonable.Good atmosphere staff were polite and friendly.
