Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful but there were alot of drink choices that were not in stock and every time we stop there it only has one or two customers. The worse thing is the layout and road markings to get in and out of the car park , very dangerous and badly designed and bad road markings too . It does not serve both directions.Parking: The worse thing is the layout and road markings to get in and out of the car park , very dangerous and badly designed and bad road markings too . So slow under staffed and the toilets are a messy state ?

Shockingly poor service. Like watching headless chickens run amuck. Only got half of our order despite asking 3 times. The look from the server was ‘how dare you!!’ If you don’t have the staff then don’t open the doors!!!

Quick stop for a well needed snack and coffee. Thank

Disappointing coffee stop. Service OK but ambience and comfort best suited to take away only. Not what I expected of Starbucks.

Mediocre Starbucks, can't make a caramel machiato at all, it had no syrup at all, it should have had vanilla but nope, also a machiato has milk first expresso then the milk foam, she made it coffee then the milk which is actually a latte, now I suggest Starbucks retrains the batistas in this branch on how to make drinks and stop ripping customers off by not adding syrup when you should, and don't lie when your asked if you did put in the syrup when the customer clearly watched you make the drink!

Nice cup of tea but service was slow ?

Nearly £12 for a coffee and a sandwich, I now know why it's been so long since my last Starbucks visit back in 2012.Only customer but still had to take a name, no prices on any of the food item shelves, if I'd known I would be paying over £8 for a mediocre cheap ingredient rubber cheese and ham sandwich I would not have entertained the idea. Will try to make it more than a dozen years until I visit a Starbucks establishment again

My car broke down - luckily right near this Starbucks! Went in to ask for postcode of where I was and the baristas were really helpful.I ordered a hot chocolate and it was delicious! They were very welcoming and it was good they were having a chat we with me whilst I was waiting for recovery (as it wasn’t too busy at that time!)Thank you to Elvis and Harry! I will stop in here again in the future when I haven’t broken down!
