The worst subway i've ever been, without a doubt. Rude staff and disgusting grubby tables. Food wasn't very fresh tasting either.

Tables very dirty. Staff standing around so could have given them a wipe over. Husband said it was the worst subway ever. The bread tasted stale and the meat had a funny smell. My son vomited that night too.

Food is great but walked in today to be stared at by 3 young teens, sitting charging their phones and vaping in the restaurant. Not a nice atmosphere to go and get some food in, so we took our sandwiches away. Management should be more aware of what is going on in their restaurant.

Tuesday: go into subway. It's fairly quiet. No-one in front of me. Couple of girls working there. Friendly, smiley, pregnant one makes me THE BEST sub I've had in a long time. Fully loaded, lots of filling, nicely laid out, the works. Perfection! (See pic). Super happy with her customer service skills and the sub was delicious. I was in an out within 5mins. Unfortunately I got busy during the week and didn't get to write a review right away.Gladly so, because...Saturday: go into subway. One guy in front of me. Ordering some BLT type sub. Chap with short, dark/black hair, sweating away, finishes the BLT sub and starts on mine. A vegan one. Without a change of gloves. I asked him politely "could you change your gloves please mate". He said nothing. He clearly didn't like this, and went round the back to change the gloves without even saying a word. Took about 1 min to change his meaty gloves for a fresh pair. At every point after this his face was like a slapped ar$e. Zero eye contact. No smile. Nothing. Sulking alll the way and didn't say bye or thanks as I left and paid, despite myself being polite and thankful to him. I even muttered (out loud) a swear word as I left. (Begins with "P". Ends with "ick"). When I got back to eat it you could tell the sub was a disaster, sauce everywhere and falling apart. See pics and you'll soon tell who made which sub. Disgraceful experience.Disgraceful member of staff who will not get very far in life if you can't follow your job description let alone have the common decency to be polite to your customers. Sort yourself out and learn from this is my advice.I was going to leave a 5 star on Tuesday but now it's a 1. Sorry to the one member of staff that impressed, but you're store is always going to be brought down to and remembered to be only as good your worst team member.One question... Where the heck is management!?! SORT IT OUT!!

My partner and I have our friends from Scotland down. We went down for a walk and went into subway. As soon as we walked in there’s was kids in there brushing the tables down with the brooms. I think it was the young guys brother, the people behind the counter didn’t wipe down the tables after, and didn’t say anything. We then had a subway, and my partner and friend has non stop being sick. I definitely reccomend not to work here.

I'm astonished at how expensive this place has become.. I ordered a plain 6 inch white turkey no salad no sauce... and a 6 inch gluten free spicy Italian again no salad no sauce .. gluten free sub came from the freezer this is bad enough but to top it off its an extra 50p for the privilege.. also some very very very soggy wedges small portion.... just 2 6 inch subs and soggy wedges cost just under £10 how is this even possible im disgusted in how expensive it was

Teignmouth's Subway is really kind of average if i'm going to be honest.The place itself is relatively clean however it's not spotless. The majority of the staff there are nice and friendly however there are 1 or 2 slightly moody ones. The food itself is nice and fresh fortunately.Been going to this Subway for a number of years now and I feel like the place has gone downhill a bit; it's always empty if not almost empty whenever I visit now when in the past it was always busy with hungry customers. Such a shame.

Was driving around town looking for a bacon roll. Saw a big breakfast bap in the subway window.. Went in (no one else in there) asked what the deal was with breakfasts eg. Is there a sandwich and coffee deal etc. Told by the guy behind the counter to go outside and look in the window. Told him to forget it. Won't be going back
