One of the worst burger Kings I've ever been to. Staff clearly more bothered with chatting to their friends who had come in rather than serve. All around attitude of the staff was that they couldn't be bothered and didn't want to be there. Asked for extra pickles, instead got no pickles. Toilets were disgusting. The sprite tasted like how mould and damp smells, can't bare to think what the machines insides look like. Chips had all spilt in the bag. All around disgusting, felt ill after.

I have never been to such a disgraceful Burger King, it was grubby to say the least. Looks like the floors and tables hadn't been wiped for at least 15 years. Burger was overcooked so only ate a quarter of it before chucking in the bin. Chips not very good either, also overcooked.

Best burger king i have had. Good meat salad and gherkins. Only fault with all burger kings is the dry roll, it just falls apart and you can never pick up burger without it breaking.Chips lovely and had a large coke. Large whopper meal. Having read the reviews my husband and I were wary about having a takeaway from here however as we were staying at the Travelodge with our two dogs it was an easy option for our evening meal.Having just eaten it I have to say it was one of the nicest Burger King meals we have every had. The chips were crisp, the chicken royales were perfectly cooked to perfection.I had noted there was an issue with the staff but Emre and Lily were efficient and extremely friendly. If you have any doubts about going in don’t hesitate. First class guys. Thank you

I used to visit this often until I realised that essentially every other Burger King in the UK is better. Completely agree with other reviews, food is of a poor standard, and the staff are not very nice. Beth needs a serious look at because the way she treats her customers just is not acceptable at all.

Sadly this Burger King has gone down hill. Visited recently and the food was overcooked and dry. The staff didn't seem very interested in delivering good service, and instead were more concerned with gossiping loudly in the kitchen so everyone in the dining area could hear everything. Such a shame because this used to be a well run BK.

Stopped off at these services on route back from Dorset on Sat early afternoon. The Instore Burger King wasn’t that busy, but the seating area was filthy, dirty tables, chairs and floor area. Only 2 staff visible, not very welcoming, the food was cold and and the chicken Royal burger was slimy and tasted vile. Not surprisingly the next day it came out quicker than it went down and I wasn’t well all day. Safe to say it was either hygiene related or poor quality food. Safe to say we will never stop there again other than for fuel.

I've visited this burger king 5 times. Every single time the service was slow and the food was terrible, in my most recent visit they managed to get my simple order wrong. Undoubtedly the worst Burger King in the country. Just terrible.

We were on our way to Woolacombe For a few days break, for my birthday?On the road for one and a half hours driving, so stopped here as we needed a toilet break too?These services area had a burger King, initially wanted a coffee, but ended up having a little meal and a 20 minute break.Bought a double cheeseburger, fries? and coffee.The food was all freshly cooked, which was good, really hot too!Am fussy with my food, as I do cook myself, so when I am out and you eat, I always expect it professionally done, as part of their service you are paying?I would not normally eat at these kind of places, I just thought, for what we both had, was very expensive!!Parking: It is a service station area, so always lots of free parking?Wheelchair accessibility: It did have a level access to the building, but not sure if there was an electric front door for wheelchair usage.
