Cold food, rude staff and tepid coffee. A supermarket cafe with no artificial sweetener. When I requested some a member of staff suggested I use sugar instead. This not long after I had my toes amputated caused by diabetes. Duty manager was called and after I suggested he was talking nonsense similar parliament he barred me from the store. Not that I want to go back but it is the very first time this old army veteran has been banned from ANYWHERE. The staff, standards and service at the store need a big big shake up starting with the manager.

Great breakfast, lovely, well mannered and polite staff and the kids liked it too. I would go back there. Read a few reviews and I didn't recognise any of the negatives out forward on my visit.

Tiverton store, had 2 full breakfasts, we waited 10 minutes to be served, they were out of blackpudding, wouldn't allow us to purchase any from the store for them to cook, everything was overcooked, sausages like bullets,fried egg was rockhard, didn't get any beans for some reason, 1 tiny mushroom. wouldn't mind if they were busy but only 4 other people in the place. NOT happy at all.

My review is no reflection on the staff, on a busy Saturday there were just 2 of them as one was on a break. They both were working incredibly hard. I feel morrisons need to consider hiring more staff, the tables were all full of dirty dishes. With 2 members having to serve customers, plate the food and cook the food this is too much for just 2 members to do. Both members of staff today did so with grace and dignity both with patience and smiles! Food its self was over done and not great but good value.

Went into the café for toast and coffee. My partner waited quarter of an hour for some clean cups and when they did come, they were dirty. When he said “can I have some clean cups?”, he was told give us a chance; there is only two of us working, we’re not miracle workers. None of the tables were clean. Once he got his cups and coffee, the cappuccino was very bitter and watery, managed to get another one which was only half a cup - they refilled it again, only half a cup again but not drinkable so we waited 20 minutes for a refund. Then went to the toilets which were absolutely disgusting. The worst I’ve ever seen them and I think the café and toilets need closing down until they have enough staff on! Complained to the manager who just said give us time. Such a shame, used to be a great place to go!

We were looking forward to a mid day meal in particular a roast as a Sunday, but only sandwiches and breakfast being served, though full menu on display, no sign saying limited menu! They said it was because short staffed but been like this for months, won’t be going there again

Pop in here on Monday around 12 noon to have some lunch. Decided what we wanted & was told, after queuing that only doing breakfast meals as short staffed. Why not put a temporary sign across their large menu letting people know this. We had our coffee & left. Much say the room itself was cold.
Yet again no staff. Just popped in to find they are not serving food again! I really don't see the point in paying the remaining staff all day when they are not providing a service, especially when they don't have the supply issues that every other cafe have due to the supermarket being on site. Complete joke and I've had enough of the same old excuses every time.

Absolutely ridiculous when all you want is poached eggs on dry toast but you can't have after 11am because they are part of the breakfast menu won't bother again pathetic

If I could give no star I would. We called into this store on Saturday 5th November 2022 at around 9 am. Thought we'd try a breakfast even though recent reviews had warned of possible poor quality. We always used to call here prior to the covid-19 pandemic and really enjoyed our Big Breakfasts.Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on the current quality as after waiting 8 minutes none of the three assistants preparing breakfasts made any attempt to acknowledge us.We felt totally ignored so just walked out. I therefore cannot recommend stopping here as you may starve to death while waiting.
