I didn't even get served. Having cleared my own table I stood like an idiot for 5 minutes at the counter unacknowledged. A food delivery driver had already pushed in front of me and it turned out he was waiting for an order for 20+ drinks. A staff member finally came to take my order and her colleague stopped her because they were going to complete the huge order first. Not normally a flouncer, but I flounced out! I am now enjoying a lovely coffee in Café One Hundred.

I attended the Costa Coffee shop on Union Street Torquay. I was appalled in the sarcastic comments received to my partner from the female member of staff. Her customer service somewhat need to be addressed. Her attitude is all wrong. Wearing no name badges. This has to be the worse one I have been to.

I thought the girl who served us was very rude no smile I asked the size of cup she showed us but never explained .no customer experience at all would certainly not go in there again.

Don't need to say much about Costa Costa. Over priced but delicious staff was amazing and very helpful.Parking: No parking but a multi storey car park about 5min walk away

We visited on a Tuesday lunchtime. The 2 staff were rushed off their feet, tables were piled up with used cups etc. The toilets were filthy and smelly. Costa, employ more staff, your coffee is great, the cafe is a disgrace.

We come to Costa every week but we simply had to leave a review this time. My friend spilled most of her drink, and when she asked for something to clean it up with, Ruby kindly cleaned it up for us. She also offered to make my friend a new drink for free. Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and really hope Ruby gets some recognition or reward for this.
