Great chicken of course. Everything is excellent! Except... I ordered a hot chocolate and it smelled wonderful. But it tasted like absolute dishwater. I thought they might have given me coffee as a mistake, but no it was indeed a hot chocolate. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't drink. The rest of the food was obviously finger lickin good

This is off the main street towards the harbour end. There is a multistorey car park near by but otherwise there is no parking. It gets very busy at peak times. Seating area is good and kept clean. Folding windows open out onto the street which is lovely when the sun shines.

Store always clean and tidy with social distancing measures in place for indoor dining. Clear makers on the floor and staff member to direct you to an available table for the number of diners. Food comes quickly and is fresh and hot. Would highly recommend

£10 for 4 tiny bits of chicken, a half filled pot of gravy and a drink i didn't ask for. Even worse when you pay extra for a drink that they don't give you yet still keep the money. I've given this place multiple chances purely based on my love of chicken. But 9 out of 10 orders has been wrong in some way. The service is always shocking. What bugs me is that would the server who bagged up my meal be happy to spend £10 on this rubbish? Almost definetly not, so why should I have to deal with this pathetic excuse for a meal.

Horrible, Fries not salty, sauce is like water and other sauce is unopennable(it cant be opened), missing tomatos in wrap and some guy drunk shake before he gave it to customer!!!

I’ve ordered a delivery at 10:20 pm and they said it will with me by 11 as they close at 11, it’s 11:44 however the food has not arrived, I have contacted deliveroo and they simply say ‘we cancel your order’. There is no reason to lie about this, you might as well tell us the truth so we can do something else.
If you want to waste 25 minutes waiting for fast food, be my guest.

Food is usual KFC, hardly rocket science but the service was abysmal and soooooo slow. I could've killed, plucked and deep fried a whole chicken in the time it took them to fulfill a small order. Staff all looked about 15, no adult supervision by the looks of it and the place needed a deep clean at the time of our visit.

Would never have food from here again. Chicken greasy, chips were undercooked and soggy. The oil in fryers need changing, I can say this with confidence as I used to work in the oils industry teaching people how to fry properly. Would have given zero stars if I could
