me and my friend came today nd ordered 2 6 piece nugget meals and we waited 17 mins. that didnt bother me until i got my food that was cold and chewy and made me physically gag it was gross and my iced frappe was melted and watery the only good thing was thw lady who served mw she was nice her name was jess i think

Ordered on Uber eats , NEVER again! Missing items , warm milkshakes and stone cold food. When I say cold I mean not even Luke warm! absolutely vile. All went in the bin even the " hot" apple pie.Big cheesy was missing bacon and crispy onions , I asked for no cheese sauce but they failed to take note. I can't comment on taste because even my kids refused to eat it! Explain to me again how this is " supposed" to be fast food? .. disappointing McDonald's. And shocking service Uber eats.

Got a chicken wrap and a grilled chicken sandwich. Everything else in town was closed at the end of a long travel day. Meal was sub par and basically incomplete. On the grilled chicken Sammy basically a thin strip of chicken was used. Onion rings were soggy and mushy.

Have eaten in here before, which is always fine. Delivery however, do NOT risk it. Waited an hour and forty five minutes for stone cold food and warm drinks, can't complain directly as its fobbed off as UberEats problem, can't contact them either, on hold for 50 minutes, atrocious

I honestly don't understand how a service can be so rubbish. Ordered twice this week and on both occasions items have been forgotten! When the orders are being packed it's basic common sense that they should be checked before taping them up and handing them to a delivery service that then has to deal with constant complaints because you have a rubbish system with clearly incompetent staff.

not the best place ever to go bad service with food that is cold left for a long time before being brought out,c.e.o. don't do there jobs properly false advertising which should be dealt with a.s.a.p. for customers would never go back to the Torquay lawes bridge Macdonald's ever again, you get better service in Subway's, Toby's carvery in Newtown Abbott for descent meals, desert's service all done nicely.this on the time change has only happened since they had the accident with someone being stabbed up there which is discusting for not having proper security around 24/7 letting in to many idiot's in the place even when some have been drunk have seen with the bad atmosphere it gives staff don't do enough to keep it clean in there either even with there bins outside that don't get emptyed at regular time's

They had run out of napkins.My burger was just warm it was very busy, so I expected it to be hot and freash .Disappointed.

The state of the burgers are terrible not made properly hardly any sauce and one gherkin. The experience never gets better someone needs to sort this mcdonalds out it is TERRIBLE
