I had limited communication after I called to make a complaint with Pappas. They did not deliver the order as requested.The person I spoke to on the phone was polite but in the back ground I heard a male speaking loud and abusive. I received the food that I paid for by the delivery driver. It was cold and unedible.Delivery driver was kind.

Do not eat for this takeaway!Food positioning hit me and my family after eating from this Takeaway with my wife even ending up very very poorly in Torquay Hospital.We had mixed kebab meat and chips.Save your money.

Lovely people that work there, but the food is awful and I mean awful.Don't go near the coleslaw it's separated so is blatantly off and lots of discoloured water, they get upset when you tell them.Like I say, lovely people, but the food standards are well below what we should expect. Don't get the spare ribs, they aren't cooked and are like biting into raw meat.The kebab meat isn't cooked, they chuck it on the hot plate, to heat it, buts its not cooked.Good luck if you eat here, never again for me.

Loved it! Me and my boyfriend ordered for a midnight munch and honestly 100% amazing. Good food, good drinks and not to mention the quickness! 10/10 will order again!

Disgusting food and service!! Food arrived completely desecrated.... Black an completely burnt.So we called up for a refund, to then be told they don't do refunds, after quoting the consumer rights act, we then get a response that it will take 10 working days for a refund...The food was disgusting we ordered chicken which was off, a chicken donor kebab that was cremated, and another kebab..All of that food wasted because it was unable to be eaten..Awful food, awful service. Havnt used papas for years now I remember why!

When ever I have food from here I get a bad stomach. Will not be getting from there ever again. I have takeaway from other place and I'm all good. But here it's like food poisoning. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Terrible service from the guy over the phone, waited an hour after receiving no phone call from the delivery driver, rang up after waiting so long and was told the food was taken back without us being notified. We were told it was our fault that the delivery driver had rang us and that he could come back with the cold food but we wanted fresh, we decided to go with someone else but are really disappointed as we have ordered from here a lot and have never spoken to this rude man on the phone or had any problems with delivery. won’t order from here in future
