My partner and I decided to grab a subway for lunch from here as we have many times before, unfortunately this store has decided to introduce tablets for you to order your food on instead of ordering from an actual person. Seems easy enough but these tablets just do not work properly, my partner tried to order our food three times and it didn’t work, he finally managed to order some food and payed with my card but the tablet said it declined. I checked my bank and it had come out so we asked for either our food or a refund, the staff said we couldn’t take our food as the payment will “bounce back” into my account. The money has now left my account so I now have to drive all the way back to the store to try and get my money back. Very stressful why fix something that isn’t broken, will avoid this place now.

I have eaten in this subway branch for several years and sadly, over the past one year, it has gone rapidly downhill. When I started coming here the staff were mostly friendly, the subs made with ambition and the vegetables were fresh. At my last visit today I have been given the wrong bread (instead of my honey & oat I have received a plain white bread), the staff did not know the sandwich I ordered off the regular menu, barely any veg on the sandwich, cheese slices got thrown instead of placed on my partners sandwich, no hair nets or beard nets and we have not really got spoken to through the whole order progress. We have eaten two bites of our sandwiches and felt the need to throw those away, even after half an hour we still got a weird aftertaste.I used to love subway, but will not come back

I walked in and I didn't even get an hello. Theni had to repeat my order three times. I asked for it as a meal and they only gave me a crisps and a sandwich. No drink. Won't go there

Ordered for delivery with Uber eats, took nearly an hour (we weren’t too far from the restaurant) and when it arrived 2 items were missing from the order which was obviously annoying, food was okay but could’ve been better and was slightly cold. Wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery with this subway.

Walked in with a rude atmosphere, Manager jake was very rude , the subs where falling apart , the bread was sliced wrong to the part that all the maintenance inside was all over the paper wrapper , when questioned if I could have a cup with some tap water , he replied with we don’t do it even though we had seen a whole stack of cups and also had given to previous customers, when also asking what salad I would like to have in the sub he said you are limited to 2 salads witch is not the case , I was very unhappy With the service and the food , manager also dropped equipment on the floor such as tongs and the toaster tray and carried on using it for my and other customers orders , witch is agin very unprofessional .

Slow service, the one girl was doing all the work and the the other girl seemed to be standing around staring into space slowing the work flow. What made it worse is the air con was broken, the girl said it had broken before summer and now it's September. Toilets out of order APPARENTLY, by law if you run a business providing food you have to provide a working toilet. Dirty tables outside, I won't be coming her again, 2 meal deals and a 6ft sub for £25

Staff are horrible and rude to customers! Very immature manager or so called supervisor who doesn't even know the value of customer service. We even had the 2 boys that were making the food disrespecting and laughing at us. Completely disgusted about their attitude!

I have always found Subway nice, despite being slightly overpriced. However, I was appalled when I visited this store. After 30 minutes of queueing in a queue of about only 4 people I got to the front. I am a vegetarian and was looking forward to some margarita pizza, which was advertised as being vegetarian on the board above the counter. I ordered this, and then saw the state of the ingredients below the counter. Bits of meat were spattered all over the cheese and other ingredients, making me wonder about cross contamination. I do take being a vegetarian seriously and so does my mum. She was ordering with me, and asked if we could have some cheese lower down in the serving tray, explaining that we were vegetarian. The guy working there then said “oh well the sauce has got it in too do you want some of that?”. We were genuinely horrified and wondered how on earth they could think that beef, or whatever the dripping, oozing meat was was vegetarian. We told the guy that we couldn’t have that pizza but he still used the tiny bit of bread he was going to use the pizza to make my sandwich. It was a scam because this wasn’t even the size of one of their sandwiches. He then billed us £3.50, which I believe is the same price of a six inch sub, despite my “pizza” being about the half the size of this. The man working there seemed really annoyed and antisocial for no reason, and didn’t apologise for the fact that the board advertised this as the vegetarian version of the pizza, even when my mum pointed this out to him. He said he couldn’t change the menu as he “only made the sandwiches.” The lack of responsibility genuinely surprised me, as I thought it would have been a relatively easy task to pass on this information to his store manager, or someone in a higher up level than him who could have sorted it out. However this was clearly a task too difficult. When we were paying we also noticed that the man handled the money whilst using the same gloves he had used to serve up the food. This seemed quite unhygienic and again made me wonder whether he, or any of the staff there, had had any training. To make this experience worse, there were hardly any ingredients left and all of the crisps had been sold out. I thought this was a bit random considering this is a sandwich shop, and it’s peak time would obviously be lunchtime. When I left the counter, the man said “Have a good day,” and as his attitude earlier hadn’t been great, I wondered if this was supposed to be sarcastic. It wasn’t his fault about the menu, but I felt he could have tried to help the situation.
