Excellent food at a reasonable price. Good selection of meals for all the family and the carvery is available every day. Very polite and helpful staff.

We booked online as I had received an offer for my birthday .when we were greeted and asked if we had booked we let the young lady know we had an offer and she said it might not be ok for a Sunday _ I had already read the terms and conditions ! It was ok so not a very good greeting !! We were pleased to have a table where we'd requested .the Carvery was lovely. Very good atmosphere so Thank you for my free Birthday meal

I absolutely love coming to the willow tree. The food is beautiful and great value for money and a wide variety to choose from. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere is always so relaxing.Highly recommended.Parking: Always plenty of parking available and it's free.Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old twins love joining me. They have the baby bowls for only 99p which is perfect as they like to pick and waste food.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access ramp and disabled toilet.

I had a really nice standard Carvery and a tasty salted caramel profiteroles sundae. Also, enjoyed watching the sport channel. A wonderful afternoon.Parking: A large free car park.

We was very disappointed with the service of the carvery. The roast beef on the server was Srag ends and the turkey and pork didn’t look much better. I asked the carvery women if there was any more beef. Her answer was I’m not sure. Considering it was only 3.pm I was surprised for her answer. Anyway she went to the kitchen to see and came back with a new whole joint of beef. She then asked if I wanted the end bits, which I thought know body has asked me that before.I could see she was being sarcastic. My point is she needs some training in customer service and now feel that I won’t be going back to the Willow tree , Torquay.Parking: Also plenty of parking except bank holidays which is understandable.

Absolutely on the ball with allergy knowledge (I’m coeliac, so gluten free) Fresh veg and gravy supplied no issue! Tania, Kelsey and Dani were very helpful in providing information and even pumped my friends pizza to mega hot! And provided lots of mayonnaise!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

Great food. Friendly and welcoming staff. It was a little busy today and there was a slight confusion about our seating for our booking but that was soon cleared up.The carvery was delicious, despite the slight disappointment of waiting for sprouts for them to be undercooked. Welcoming staff with a friendly service.Parking: It gets quite busy at The Willow Tree and parking can be a little tricky due to the lack of spaces but you're usually only waiting a few minutes before someone is ready to leave.

There server behind the bar was very accommodating, listened to our requirements and was super. Good quality was OK a tad stingy on the meat from the carvery but good selection of veg and very tasty. Gravy and the mint sauce was watery for my liking but still did the job.The chicken burger was good but unfortunately the chess got missed off but one of the managers went in to the kitchen and grabbed two slices for us which was very good. All in all would recommend.

Booked here for Sunday lunch, we were caught in traffic and 15 minutes late for are booking which wasn't a problem. Having never been here before wasn't sure what it was going to be like. WOW the food was incredible, from the carvery to burgers and the toddlers menu. Everyone was polite and looked happy. Special thanks to our waitress Shirley!

One of the joys of carvery is helping yourself to a nice selection of foods. The best way to enjoy this is then if the food is piping hot and lasts hot or even warm throughout the meal. Unfortunately the food today, while nice, was barely warm by the end. Good place to be and enjoy Sunday lunch, but could do with turning up the heat a bit.

As always on a Sunday the restaurant was very busy but Shirley made us feel welcome and got us seated without fuss. Liam at the bar was cheerful also. Good food, good prices and always a friendly welcome from Shirley.

We have made really good use of The Willow Tree for years. Members of my family and I are in there most Friday's, some Sunday's and other mornings too. The breakfast and the carvery are both real winners. Good value and great taste! The staff have always been very friendly too. We find it very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere.Nothing to complain about.Parking: Lord of parking and an overflow area when it's needed.

Although the food on the carvery wasn't piping hot it was delicious and so much choice! I thought the price for a small glass of wine was a bit much as a bottle in the co op much cheaper! However we enjoyed it and will visit again!
