It was self-service, we waited ages for our food, there were no mugs and 1 teapot but no-one to ask as we're all behind in the kitchen busy?Wouldn't rush to go back, it wasn't the cleanest either. Morrisons used to have the cleanest busiest of cafes, although this is the 1st time we have visited this branch.

A couple of hours eating and chatting well spent.

One of my favourite things about this branch of Morrisons is the large car park, all on one level & I feel safe (as much as anyone can be!) leaving my sports motorcycle parked in allocated bays for Motorcycles near the entrance. Large deli, good bakery, fresh fish & plenty of meat for us carnivores..

Excellent breakfast. And polite service staff.

In view of the amount of plastic sold as packaging in the store, what are they trying to say with this display?

I have a very restricted diet and the staff are amazing making sure I'm catered for and that it doesn't end up costing me a fortuneDietary restrictions: Good gluten and dairy free otions

Only one member of staff trying to run a cafe serving meals! No hot meals available and meagre selection of cakes.

Now I will say that for a 2 for £10 breakfasts, when we arrived they were understaffed, however this has been redeemed by the excellent service from Sharon G. She was constantly on the move, making sure everyone was happy and that everyone got their food exactly as they wanted, whilst also running the counter and taking orders, not just a credit to the location but a credit to the industry. She was remarkable!

Food not cooked on breakfast and other food mega over cooked today . Big fat zero rating for me. Need fully qualified chef . Who can cook.

Good prices bit of a wait on a Saturday

The breakfast is more expensive than it used to be but still a good deal. It often takes a very long time to get served. The coffee machine had run out of milk. Overall though a good refuge for a nice cheap breakfast if you've been camping.

I've eaten here before for a quick, inexpensive meal and today, it was inexpensive but it most certainly wasn't quick. The food quality wasn't bad and I have to say, that for the price, it was ok. Good sized portion for the money. When I arrived, I looked where to sit and a majority of tables hadn't been cleared. I get places have staffing issues but 2 waitress, who were also taking payments at the till, were running the tables too. Another was busy messing about in the back with the 2 kitchen staff. She might have been a KP but should've come out front to clear tables.Once I found my table (at a disabled access table due to many others not being cleaned) I ordered my food on the self service pod. No issues, went through smoothly. These would be great in other establishments. I ordered at 13:11. At 13:41 I still haven't got my meal (bangers and mash!) I enquired and had to wait a further 10 minutes before my food arrived.I'm no grouch and I think it's important people enjoy their work, and having worked in the Hospitality industry and that my wife works for a 5 star cruise company and previously, the Shangri-la hotel group, these kitchen staff spent the whole time messing about and were wasting time rather than preparing customers orders. One of the guys, maybe a supervisor, was slightly better but overall their lack of professionalism contributed to the slowness of the food coming out. There were a decent number of customers but there were still multiple empty tables.SUMMARY- The parking is a bonus, but just because it gives you access to the town and locality for a whole day for less than £3.The food was ok at best. And the service, considering potential staff shortages, needed to be better managed rather than the supervisor messing around with the kitchen staff. Value for money was good.RECOMMEND? Hmm...for the parking, absolutely. For coffee, likely. For a meal no!Parking: The carpark is now run by Europark and offers 2 hours free. Also, which I found out today, it's now linked to the RinGo app so you can pay to park for a day for £2.60. Great to wander about town, along the dart and not have to rush back.

Unfortunately for the café I can't really give e this a high rating due to the fact it was understaffed that day service was unacceptablely poorParking: 2 hrs free parking but if you have a disabled badge and you need to stay longer than the 2 hour you MUST go in store to notify themWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is accessibility ♿️

Sadly attitude of staff is not what I would expect from service. Couldn’t be bothered, shrugged shoulders when I asked about knives - fundamental when eating a main meal. Fortunately on holiday so no need to return

For better or for worse you get exactly what you pay for. Good luck if they've forgotten anything on your plate you can expect it by the time your food has been fully digested.
