Pubs in Whiddon Down

“The Seven Stars bed and breakfast is a hidden treasure in the Devon countryside. Natasha and Colin are working so hard to turn what was an unloved building in need of a lot of work into a warm welcoming Bed and breakfast. The rooms are newly decorated , clean and comfortable with everything that you need for your stay . The evening meal was absolutely delicious as was the dessert, plenty of choice even without stealing Colin’s sticky toffee pudding. Breakfast was also very tasty especially Natasha’s twist on the porridge and the rest of our party enjoyed their full English and veggie sausages.Natasha and Colin are so lovely that you leave feeling as if you have stayed with friends.”

“Very quaint, traditional interiors with fantastic music and open fire. Simone the landlady was really friendly and had some great stories to share. Friendly locals too.Quite steep steps from the carpark if you have limited mobility. We didn't eat but the food looked terrific.Dietary restrictions: Lovely, home cooked food but not for customers with dietary restrictions or wanting vegan choices.Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn't say this is an ideal venue for customers with mobility issues.”
