What a lovely pub! Stayed in Mortehoe over Christmas and was a daily visitor to the Chichester Arms, including on Christmas Day when it was pretty much full.Really friendly team of staff, well kept beers, and decent food too.

What a lovely pub. Nice warm greeting. Clean tables. We had Sunday lunch which was cooked to perfection for both my partner and myself. My partner is a vegetarian and simply adored her nut-roast, whilst I went for a traditional roast beef which along with veggies was a very, very enjoyable bite. The food was delivered hot & was fresh. We are definitely coming back to sample lunch & dinner menu during the week.

Wrap up well, it's cold in there! Limited menu choices. Nut roast was dry and resembled cereal bar made of baked leftovers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First time visiting. Really nice pub had the special fish chowder which I thought was fantastic. Wife had scampu which she enjoyed. Decent selection of beers and ciders. Dogs welcome. Will go back later on the week.

A great little local pub. Perfect end to a walk. Unfortunately, I can’t justify more than three stars when two of us had the crab sandwich and got only a smear of brown crab meat for £12.50 a head! Would never order that dish again but would gladly be back. The chips were great!

Great food lovely young lad behind the bar, trying to get used to the till. Blonde girl, quite cocky and made a comment which wasn't necessary. Word from the wise...Young lady....remember you were a new starter once, every body deserves a chance. Respect is earned. And you had none.
We arrived at 1.55pm thinking that the carvery was open till 2.30pm but it finished at 2pm. Not a problem though because the barmaid put our order through promptly. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. We shall return this week but unfortunately go home to Suffolk on Friday.Parking: Overflow car park across the road means there's plenty of room.

Friendly family run pub. Very popular. We have frequented the Chichester for over 25 years, but the current team are superb. Excellent Food, drink & staff. What more do you

Walked from Woolacombe and this was the first pub at the top of the hill. My husband ordered 2 drinks - everything ok. Later i ordered 2 alcohol free bottles of lager 1 pint on lager 1 packet of crisps and 1 bag of nuts, it wasn’t until we got home i realised it was £22.80. The old barman said that is an expensive option but as 1 of us would be driving later it was a choice. £22.80 was rather OTT so beware when visiting this place!!!!!!!!

Lovely pub with chilled music in the carpark and visiting caterers. The fish was amazing! Park up the road to get a space in the designated car park and easy walk down the road.
