THE BEST CHINESE YOU WILL HAVE. PERIOD. Tried many others and nothing even comes close. Even plain noodles are so tasty. Can’t recommend it enough really don’t understand all these negative reviews!!!

One of the worst chineese meals I have wasted my money on. Two rice dishes which were bland and soggy, the sweet and sour chicken was just about ok. No rice to eat it with so it’s all gone in the bin. Order was for collection which I was on time for, 10 min drive home and food was Luke warm. Not had a takeaway from here in over a year and the last one was the same, thought it might have improved since then. Seemingly not.

The family chose Jasmins for my grandaughters birthday meal. We chose the "all you can eat" option which offers great value, with children under 10 at 50% of adult pricing. Staff brought over a large selection of starters to begin the meal and then our selections of main dishes and side dishes. 10 of us all shared the various dishes which provided a lot of variety and choice all of which were very enjoyable. The available time for the meal is 2 hours and once eaten you may order additional dishes should you feel the need. We didn't as there was plenty of food for all. A choice of either coffee or ice cream is available for desert. A nice evening with nice food and good value.

MIXED FEELINGS HERE - THEY DO 2 MENUS, A FIXED PRICE 3 COURSE AND A LA CARTE, THEY DON'T LIKE TO MIX THE 2 ON THE SAME TABLE (THERE WERE 7 OF US) - HAD TO ASK PERMISSION FROM THE BOSS LADY, 6 HAD THE FIXED MENU, THE STARTERS WERE FINE BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE MAIN COURSE IT IS VERY RESTRICTED, YOU ONLY GET THE MEAT (MAIN) AND ONE SIDE DISH, AS i WANTED THE MEAT, RICE AND MIXED VEG I HAD TO GET PERMISSION FROM THE BOSS LADY AND ASSURE HER I WOULD EAT IIT ALL! - YOU CAN GET A SECOND HELPING IF YOU EAT ALL THE FIRST BUT SERVICE IS NOT EXACTLY SWIFT SO IT TAKES A WHILE (WE WERE THERE 3 1/2 HOURS). THE SWEET WAS A JOKE, ICE CREAM OR COFFEE - I HAD THE COFFEE BUT LEFT IT AS IT TASTED LIKE CAMP COFFEE, THE LIQUID COFFEE IN A BOTTLE THAT WAS ABOUT WHEN I WAS A KID - A LEFTOVER FROM THE WAR THAT WAS MAINLY CHICORY. ALSO, IF YOU HAVE A SECOND HELPING AND DON'T EAT IT ALL THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF NEARLY 10 QUID!!! SO, OVER PRICED AND TOO REGIMENTED, HAVING SAID THAT, THE FOOD WAS FINE. The best Chinese around! Myself and a friend came to the restaurant to sit in rather than take away, the food is amazing! The lamb was melt in your mouth and it was all beautifully presented. It is a little pricey, probably the most expensive Chinese I’ve had locally but completely worth it! Staff were all really lovely. It’s worth noting it cash only too. We will 100% be back.

Takeaway, quite frankly the worst Chinese I have had in my LIFE! mushrooms were off to the point of being rotten, just awful. NEVER again!
When I visit my parents I always make sure to go to the Jasmine without fail.Excellent food, friendly service and a lovely peaceful atmosphere.They are cash only but definitely worth it. I can't highly recommend them enough.

So we used to go a couple times a year before lockdown and was excited when we found out it had been opened (not sure when it actually was but we only learnt recently) and we booked straight away !! How disappointed were we though when we discovered how much it cost !!I appreciate you can order what you like but even ordering 2 dishes it still didn't amount to half of a full meal, then when we were finally ready for the bill £203 for 6 people, £203 !!! £172.80 for the food and £30.20 for 7 cokes which was poured from a bottle !!I know myself I will not go back nor any of the party i was with and were in total agreement, we all feel gutted we didn't stay home and order a full meal each for £80 with a full bottle of pop included !!A few years ago it would have been a 5 star review but now its 1 star and maybe a 5 star for extortion !!
