Found a hair in my food, phoned them at the time, went back a few days later, owner said it was a root from a beansprout refused to refund .Reported to council.

I go here often for my chinese. Best chinese i have ever had and i love my chinese and have been to countless places. Great food. Great service and good prices. Was a bit gutted that it is minimum £20 on card as my order is normally about £19 but that being said i can see why they do it as they get charged per transaction and there is a free cash machine in the co op up the road so its easy to phone the order and get cash on the way.

Horrified to have found a MAGGOT in the sweet and sour sauce tonight. Called to complain, not in the slightest bit interested! Tried to suggest I was lying about it!! Took ALL the food back, maggot included for a refund as the woman on the phone agreed, only to get there to be refused money back! Email sent to food standards agency.

I spent £98 here I can honestly say the biggest rip off ever.firstly the ribs were literally half full in the containers.Beef sambal what a joke stingy bits of beef with fried onions,the ribs barely any meat on them.What’s happened here used so good I drove from Bridport to come here never again.In future I will stick to k Yuen in the town center.Huge portions and really tasty. You need to sort it out.You used to be amazing.

Been here quite a few times and always had the best food, but tonight for some reason the special chowmein was not all thar special! ... it was 99% noodles.... hardly and meat or veg in sight .... I will not slate them for 1 off night in many but must admit to being slightly disappointed.... everything else was perfect as usual ?

Would of only put half a star.just got £30 cash from my order was 24.60 and only 40p change was told I give her £20 and a faver. Bloody joke have the bloody £5 would rather go else where. Wasn't even that nice anyway.!!!

Left with severe stomach cramps the day after eating. Low quality undercooked chicken in a tasteless sauce.
Just been to the local Chinese. What a joke ? gave them £30 for my £24.60 and was told I only gave £25. I just got the cash back so I know what I gave them must be hard times but this place is a joke will not be going there again. Food was average so be cautious when giving them your hard earned money.

ordered food over phone which was about 15 pound then girl on phone says cash only under 20 pound bit steep I thought so if you got no cash and coop cash machine not working no Chinese shan't be using again shame food was getting much better there

When I tell you the food is bad and the oil tastes like its burnt believe me.The fact that your body won't even be able to fully digest your meal before excretion.The phone order was just horrible. Very low understanding of English language.
