First time coming here, pretty impressed. I had sweet and sour chicken and chips which was lovely although not many chips for the price. My partner had chicken curry and chicken fried rice, absolutely delicious. My son loves the vegetable spring rolls. 9/10

Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to pay a lot of money for some really poor quality food. The chips weren’t cooked properly the whole way through, my chicken chow main had no chicken in it. The BBQ ribs are flavourless and taste nothing even remotely like BBQ they also had barely any meat on them. Not to mention the waiting room floor boards are highly unsafe. £27 down the drain

Me "Boss" (not being a local and suggesting a Chinese as it was too much effort to cook) and Blakeytron ordered on the phone on a Monday when his usual Chinese was closed. We then cruised in for a pick up.The chef was busy cooking which was nice to see as, it's all open plan and the lovely lady who is front of house was extremely jovial.We headed back for eatings at Blakeytrons gaff. He said that this here Chinese would now be his regular as he was so impressed with his Lemon chicken.I had sweet and sour chicken balls. The sauce was more sweet than sour. But very satisfactory and I also had Singapore noodles which were scrumptious as I was starving after a hard day of cycling to Cerne Abbas and back.Lilypop (who also cycled to Cerne Abbas) was thrilled with her egg fried rice (she said it's the best she's had from a Chinese, as you could taste the egg) and she loved her Kung po chicken.The fortune cookies have all come true as well.
cannot reccomend highly enough. I’ve never had such a real feel of home and pride in a takeaway before. China city will always be my go to! I’m so glad I tried!

I once went in and they had just sat to eat there evening meal, they left there own food to go cold just to prepare mine (even though I insisted they finish their meal first).
