The last few orders I've done have all been terribly slow. Taking over an hour before it leaves them. Yet when ordering it says 35 mins max. Food itself was alright though it was clearly rushed and the crusts were huge . It also seemed to be in prep for 40 mins before it even got to baking or sending it to me. Will avoid. Props to the friendly delivery driver though always polite he's getting two of the three stars I gave the place.

Part of my order was missing - again. I called as soon as I got the delivery and was advised the missing food would be sent out. That is now 2.5 hours ago and still no delivery. The chips I received in the original order were soggy. Not impressed at

I was in blandford last week for the birthday party at my friend’s place, we all decided to order the food we decided couple of options for veg or non veg but I decided to get a pizza so I ordered from domino’s blandford forum and it was so good absolutely on point, perfect pizza. Moreover, the manager on duty (Ramesh Kumar) was very kind and polite gentleman and knowledgeable about his work and team. Unfortunately I felt bad why people are not encouraging the good food and people around them.??

Ordered 2 pizzas to collect - at home I realised that one of the pizzas was not the one I ordered so called them so they can deliver the right one but they refused - told me that I had to collect it which meant driving back there in rush hours and eating the other pizza cold. They also refused the refund when I asked for that as didn't want to drive up there. Then when I filled the form on the website, it has been ignored, so please don't bother replying to that comment asking to fill the website form in.

Abysmal. Worked away for the week, and travelled back to blandford on the friday. Worked a long day, then a 4 hour drive and thought I'd treat my family to a pizza night (takeaways are a rarity now with the cost of living). Guy behind the till was thoroughly unhelpful and disinterested. All he had to say was order on the app to get the best deal which I could've done there and then to collect (seems strange that the in-store deals are worse but anyways). But no he just proceeded to rush me through my order and charge me way over the price I could've paid for what I received.Cheers domino's for absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favour, if you're reading this. Avoid them. They couldn't care less about you and are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. Even if that's resorting to slightly despicable and unethical practices.Ps. I was also in kit (military), and I got a distinct vibe this played a part in the rudeness I received. Of course, no way to prove this. Suffice to say, a thoroughly awful experience.***Update***As of 01/06/23, I was contacted by Dominos Customer Services and was assured that the Area Manager would be contacted to investigate the issue and kindly offered a voucher to remediate the situation. This appeased me somewhat I must admit and I think it is only fair for me to highlight their willingness to acknowledge this shortcoming and attempt to rectify it. Hence I have adjusted the score from 1 star, to 3.
Rubbish when they make a mistake- wrong pizza sent so kids won't eat it. Refuse to deliver the correct pizza only if collected or offer a refund in 7 days. Not useful when kids are hungry now. Used to use religiously but won't be now not worth it.

Horrible service, they prepared totally different pizza than the ordered one. We kindly asked if they can deliver a correct one - they said “no”. We then asked for a refund as it’s quite far from us so we felt like there’s no point to go back (it’s not our fault so why we should be the one who drive all the way around) - they said “no” again. Apparently they don’t feel like they did something wrong and don’t care about their customers. Never ever again, there are so many places we can order food from that not going to bother with the Blandford Dominos anymore.

Always absolutely on point, perfect pizza. Unfortunately the bad reviews on here are from local ‘Hot Fuzz’ strange village idiot folk who can’t embrace change. Lovely pizza, always delicious and on time!!!Vegetarian options: Fine if you want a veggie pizza.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Worst experience, ordered 2 large pizzas and payed came back later to them telling me the payment had not gone through. I then went to prove that the money had left my bank account but the very rude customer service manager told me I had not and proceeded to ask me to pay again, I of course refused. Then went on to walk out the place without my pizzas. Shocking!

Far too expensive here. There is also hardly any seating inside. Good takes quite a while too be served. Pizza’s are fairly nice though.
