The owner is very tight at Ottomans and the staff always leave off food. I used to go there every weekend.Save your money and go to Jerry's. The food there is fresh and the service is the best and more reasonably priced.

I had a delivery Saturday night, it took 1 hour and 10 mins to arrive, cold ! The chips were hard and cold the chicken wings were 5.80 for 5 wings and no dip, the kebabs both cold . The staff couldn’t give a scoobie ! I shall order from Jerrys next time .

This is a mainstay for our family. Always good. The restaurant only open during the day..cafe 65..could not better food anywhere.

Have been going here for years, Always drive from Poole ,12 miles ,as it used to be the best kebab house around. The last few times, the kebab meat has been cold and greasy. I don't know if its changed hands or something, but something has changed. It used to be bustling with servers and chefs behind the counter but recently only 3 peoples and one of them was a youngster. Last night's kebab was again cold and greasey ,the nan bread was unbaked n tough, and he dint put on the chili sauce I asked for I won't be going back here anymore.

Hi we had a take away from you last nite 4th August had it delivered and open up special chicken kebab and the chicken wasn't cooked and all full of fat dripping , and the chicken and chips were the same , wasn't happy at all

Don’t know why I occasionally come back to this place. The run down shop matches the food. Chips poor, chicken wrap really wasn’t enjoyable. Not even the slightest bit “wrapped”, floppy all over the joint. Chilli sauce questionable as well. Chicken strippers half alright. Just left feeling gross/sick after the food and won’t be getting any coin out of my pocket any longer.

Been going to this takeaway since 2002, it used to be amazing but everytime iv ordered recently they have missed bits off of my order or food has been less than ideal, guess its time to move on and find a new kebab place, sad times!
