Stood at counter ignored by staff. I actually felt stupid. My mother had sat down but she saw I was not being served so she got up and we left. Avoid this place. I noticed the food was very pricey of you wanted to sit in.

Server seemed annoyed when I was still looking at what I wanted and wasn’t ready to be served. Asked for a carrier bag for items when I had chosen which got slammed on the counter top for me to pack it myself. To top it off the Apple danish had a black hair set in the icing so was thrown away anyway. Won’t be spending my hard earned money here again.

A nice cafe. Many choices of pasties, and no pasties are vegetarian. You can have the usual offering of a soft pastry of cheese and onion, not much imagination from the baker. Ordered an Americano and that came Luke warm.

My sister and I ate in for lunch on a Monday and even though they were busy we received our food and drinks quickly. The sandwiches were delicious and the coffee excellent! We also bought cakes after to take away which were similarly fantastic.

Honestly the worst sausage roll I've ever eaten. Didn't want to travel the 30 mins to the nearest greggs so thought I'd allow myself to get ripped off (£5 for a sausage roll) for the convenience of not doing an hours round trip. Upon reflection I can confidently say I'd rather fly to the moon for a greggs than eat here again.Rip off, low quality, would not recommend, even to a stray dog.

Sadly we were very disappointed with the service and cost, member of staffed who barked commands at me because he couldn't hear me whiltst trying to take my order over another customer. Another member of staff shouting go away at the phone ringing making not a pleasant experience, especially at £3.80 for a coffee and £3.75 for a sausage roll!!
I am rapidly becoming a regular here, well every Saturday, the quality of the baking is exceptional, the staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful, there is almost always a queue, there are always plenty of staff incredibly helpful always polite, and as busy as it gets always bring you order to your table, the tables are cleared in a timely fashion. The customers service is exceptional, what a great bunch of people.

We have visited this cafe several times in the last year, with our granddaughter. We are always greeted by friendly staff who are very obliging. The cakes and pastries are delicious and everything is very reasonably priced. Thank you for making our visits a happy experience.

The pasties are hot and tasty, the staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. You can eat in but perhaps understandably it always seems to be busy.
