Chicken was still frozen. I reported it and was told someone was taking over next week. Let’s hope I am not ill!! The guy said he would make me another sub but with a cue of 6 people sadly I cannot stay to find out. This was the worst subway I’ve ever been in. The floor and tables are a mess the place looks awful if health and safety came in they would have a field day

My girlfriend and I went there for some food on Saturday November 11th. The food was great, however, sitting down to eat and watching one of the servers friends go and sit in the back then at 6pm sharp they turned all the lights off presumably to get us to leave, we left and went to the car, when we drove past they had turned the lights on. Great way to make your customers feel welcome…

By far the best experience in a Subway since moving down south . The staff at Yeovil could learn a thing or 2.Lovely young girl making the sandwiches she took great pride in her work . Polite friendly and quick .Nice lad on the till , great team work . Everybody in the shop was happy .

Unbelievably rude man (hard to put into text), who I believe to be the manager.Went in at 9:15, hours say they open at 8:00. Clearly had just opened, politely asked if they were ready to serve. Didn’t even look at me and just mumbled something and ignored me.Asked if I could please have two of the Vegan sandwiches, the guy just reply’s ‘No’ bluntly. I said do you not have any, he replied only had enough for one.Asked if any out back and he said no one likes vegans or the food!

Always full of kids with no where to go so it's always loud and I would imagine intimidating for some people! They go in one person buys a drink I've actually 12 kids altogether at one time for one person to buy a drink!

This branch of Subway has perfected the Mc Donalds ordering experience but without the expensive technology.Zero interaction other than specifying what was wanted. Not a smile of greeting, no banter, nothing.Pay the bill. Sit down. Eat. Leave. It's as if customers no longer matter and are a bit of a nuisance. A soulless experience.It's a far cry from not so long ago under the previous ownership when customers were valued and greeted like long lost friends!Maybe we're not valued. Maybe they don't realise that there are plenty of alternatives in town especially after the post-pandemic price hikes.Who knows?

Honestly can agree with the comments below!! The “manager” is sooo rude! I work next door and go often and never ever has he said a word doesn’t say please and thank you and make u feel like it’s an inconvenience on his life when u go in! Makes everything awkward and has 0 manners!! Emailed head office so hoping they will look into this sooner rather then later… no wonder the place is empty! Stingy and rude!

Several bad experiences on multiple occasions.Only ever one staff member available.Most sides are never available and very low stock of anything new.More than half the staff appear incompetent, having to be asked to spread out the fillings evenly. Almost every time I have been when the sub is being finished half the filling falls out and it never gets put back in or replaced unless asked.Had a meatball footlong that was served with only 6 meatballs so about 1/4 - 1/3 was empty and the meatballs were very dry and chewy.Last visit which has prompted this review, the server disappeared before taking my order for 15minutes to answer the phone and stopped in the middle of making my sub to again answer the phone and which also apparently required his personal phone with no explanation. After another 10 minutes at least of this, I left the store.

Poor portion sizes compared with other subways. Stingy on all fillings and the range of menu seems to be different to other stores as well. Manager has a funny attitude to this when genuinely questioned about the menu. On previous purchases I had a poached egg sub on Italian bread that was under baked. Love subway but this branch really lets the chain down.
