We just had our wedding at the True Lovers knot and to say it was perfect would be an understatement.Heather, Barry and the team were so accommodating and friendly from start to finish which really put us at ease. Especially when other external factors didn’t go to plan. The food on the day was absolutely outstanding, quite a feat given we had over 70 hungry guests. They did everything with military precision, despite the fact that they had been let down on staff numbers that day.We just loved every second of it, and they have a huge part to play in that. We can’t thank you enough TLK team, you’re bloody brilliant.Chris and Chelsea Sherry x

Stopped on the camp site in our moho...lovely setting. We had a fab home cooked meal and the mains were so cheap but a good portion size. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even made friends with our lunatic dog....wish you were on our doorstep ! Thanks for a lovely stay!Food & drinks: Great value for money for home cooked food!

Came back to the True Lovers Knot after staying here with work, this time took family to see what they thought of it. My wife and in-laws loved it as much as I did too. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the food is excellent and the couple who run it are really good hosts. We also took our dog as they allowed them in a couple of the rooms and also in the pub.Well worth the money and would recommend to anyone!

Had a Sunday roast there. Highly recommended. Excellent food and very good portions. The large portion is that good they offer a smaller portion if required. Lovely pub and very dog friendly.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and locals that were there. Heather and Barry were the prefect hosts . Food was superb, with generous portions. We will definitely be returning.

On our way to Blamford, stopped here for something to eat. What a wonderful pub and the food was delicious. The pie was so tasty my husband couldn't stop talking about it. I had the fishcakes, again a wonderful meal. Portion big enough to fill us for the remainder of the day. Couldn't thank them enough.Noteworthy details: Service is really friendly
