My husband and I went last night, and we had an explosion of flavors on our palates. The experience of eating at the bar while it is being prepared is so pleasant. I in particular enjoy a good atmosphere, the company and the food, I will go more often.

We had the most amazing experience at Art Sushi - we got greeted warmly and our coats taken for us. We got water straight to the table (the choice of still or sparkling) and looked after well throughout our whole evening. The menu had such a great selection and the food was incredible. The most insane sushi we’ve ever had, it was so fresh and delicious. We also loved how we could choose the chefs selection for different types of sushi which we opted for. The food was truly like art and just amazing. We would really recommend Art Sushi and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!! I'm a big fan of sushi but I've never had anything like this. Incredibly small and personal establishment with food that I couldn't put into words on how delicious it is. Highly recommend this to anyone.

Food is fantastic, very good quality. Sat at sushi bar seats and could watch the chef preparing everything, which was brilliant to watch. Would recommend.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options, with at least one vegetarian of each type of sushi (excluding sashimi)

If you are a sushi lover, you are in for a real treat at this Bournemouth gem. It's located in an unassuming neighbourhood, and doesn't really stand out. However, when you walk in, everything changes. You're greeted by modern yet minimalist decor, and a chef that is hard at work, crafting the masterpiece futomaki, nigiri and sashimi (and many other things!). We enjoyed a selection of these together with some wonderful Japanese green tea. The taste is unbelievable - fresh ingredients coupled with the chef's excellent execution makes for an unforgettable experience. This is the best sushi I've had in the UK - a little taste of Japan right here at home!

Excellent nigiri and sashimi, we tried the omakase nigiri and chef’s sashimi selection and highly recommend both. Some very nice sake selection as well. On top of the great sushi, the restaurant has a modern and clean design.
