If you are a sushi lover, you are in for a real treat at this Bournemouth gem. It's located in an unassuming neighbourhood, and doesn't really stand out. However, when you walk in, everything changes. You're greeted by modern yet minimalist decor, and a chef that is hard at work, crafting the masterpiece futomaki, nigiri and sashimi (and many other things!). Excellent nigiri and sashimi, we tried the omakase nigiri and chef’s sashimi selection and highly recommend both. Some very nice sake selection as well. On top of the great sushi, the restaurant has a modern and clean design.

Exceptional meal. Great food and service. The sushi is really inventive and tasty. The drinks selection is good and the sake is great to have with the sushi! Fully deserved place in the Michelin guide.
