Rudest attitude ever. I came in to order a cheese and tomato baguette, paid for and asked if they could toast it. Lady at the till said no. I ask for a refund and exchange it for something else. She handed my order in the rudest way possible by smashing it on the counter and said they don’t toast anything with salad in it, even if it has cheese. Need to be sacked.Also the roll was cold and hard.

Hello all. I am a HGV driver and decided to stop in at this greggs. It was 1050 am so was looking forward to a nice bacon sandwich. How ever as sooon as we asked the guy at the counter rudely said no sorry we finished and then went on to say we have nothing left. I looked at the counter and it was empty. So I said so what have you got. He replied rudely what’s I the counter. Which was a few sausage rolls and a festive bake lol oh and 3 cheese pizzas. He was very rude and no apologies saying they have noting left. As a customer I felt like walking out and going somewhere else. Anyway rant over. Customer service is very poor
