One of the staff was nice and helpful but there was a old lady who kept saying louder and louder as they didn't have decaffeinated latte, and I said I understand it. She must have been having a bad day but it was only around 9.30 am so just the start of her shift. Only 2 stars as the customer service wasn't very good. Only one young lady was very nice and helpful.
Been here many times and overall have the best experience here compared to other Greggs in the area. They always seem to have good stock, most of the time the food had been hot, and service has been friendly.
