Really bad service. Bad food and filthy restaurant. On top they operate illegally and stop selling " Eat Out To Help Out " 50% off deal that the Government announced. I wish there was a government body to complain. They opt in for the deal but lie to customers saying that seating is full. You can clearly see they block of the area just to avoid people using the scheme. Shame on you people. Triangle. Landsdowne and WestOver shops owned by the same crooksUpdate: nothing has changed. Got worsened. Terrible service and useless stuff with attitude

I had food ( if you can call it food ) delivered , so called gravy double bucket , absolutely a big CON , stone cold , when delivered , it was ONE bucket , totally wrecked , will never order from them ever again

KFC is not what it used to be. Went with a friend, we both ordered two pieces of chicken and chips, and asked the assistant if we could pay separately. However, she said she had put it in as one so my friend paid, yet she printed off two receipts. The food came out quickly, but it is no longer finger lickin' good with the unique taste of Colonel Sanders secret recipe. The chicken skin was greasy and tasteless, the chicken meat wasn't that appetising either. The fries were more like potato skin fries. It all felt like poor quality produce being served under the name of KFC at this Lansdowne Branch in Bournemouth which is probably a franchise. My friend went to get additional napkins but there weren't any to hand, and eventually managed to get some from. A member of staff who was busy attending to numerous students who had piled in. Its not cheap, there is very little in the way of service and thst is definitely my last visit to any KFC outlet.
Well.. when I went in they had a huge queue and I was waiting for a bit too long... I ended up deciding to order through the phone because they took so long.. other than that it's pretty good.

So I've been voiding kfc in London but as I'm in Bournemouth I thought I would give this ago. Not as bad as London, chicken wasn't as dry but the coating batter had no flavour, shame really as KFC used to be THE go to chicken shop but im afraid it's a no from me. The chips was ok, corn was very sweet I think that was the only nice thing out of my meal. The staff was friendly and very helpful and was very under staffed...... Sorry KFC

I'm advising customers from any of the platforms: Uber, Deliveroo, Just Eat, to don't place any orders with this restaurant as there's a member of the staff wearing a hijab who would normally treat delivery staff really badly making us wait for our orders longer than usual. She doesn't seem to realize that she's affecting a customer, not only the delivery partner

This is a really bad KFC, order from the Castlepoint branch instead they know how to do it properly. This lansdowne branch will send you the wrong order, it will be cold, with half a portion of fries and any burger will be falling apart.
