KFC is not the best of food.I had a Chicken fillet meal with large chips and a 7up drink, which cost me £8.48.Not busy at all.

Absolutely horrendous. Woman on her phone at the counter ignoring customers. This place needs a manager that does his/her job. Never been let down like this. No napkins 1 salt sachet. (Had too ask for that). I will never return to this kfc.

It was unclear on the ordering unit when you had to scan your app. Had to ask for assistance from a member of staff who told me that I had to scan at the very beginning. So I had to order it all over again , then when I payed, the amount didn't seem to be any different.?

So I stepped in with my wife and child . Friday evening at 3pm and was ordering food. My wife wanted to use the restroom so I asked the staff where is the restroom . lol I dono what went wrong there he was very rude to respond saying you get the code only when you buy food. He knows I’m ordering food and was about to pay in next 20 secs. A basic sense of behaviour is not there to understand when a family comes in orders food and wants to use the restroom- let them use it. Why showing faces as if we are using your home restroom. Please hire responsible staffs !

I can only assume the staff there are a liitle simple. This is the second time I have ordered gravy with my delivery meal and got sweetcorn. I ordered it with you as I want gravy, I don't like sweetcorn! I want the gravy to dip my chips and burger in, so you have reuined those too for me. If you don't have gravy, don't list it! If you can't forfill what I want, cancel the order, dont' just decide to change it to something else. Absolute useless establishment.

We had a £19.99 chicken bucket,service was excellent,took our chicken bucket back to our hotel 4 mins walk away and the 4 lots of chips were cold but the chicken & gravy were spot on.So come on guys sort those chips out otherwise you would of had top scores.

I have had lots of KFC in different places, this place is the worst, chips not tasty like the usual KFC chips, all cold and feels microwaved, rice had no taste and drinks were half full, chicken had no taste.Save your time and money, go to a different branch, you will get a better KFC meal

Food same as all chains, but my wifes was cold. Toilets locked. Also self sevice shows table service but this venue does not do it. Not all areas open.

We went today, Monday, a working day, with all the excitement because our child wanted to go, we ordered a combo of 10 pieces of chicken, we started to eat and everything was chicken thighs, we thought that below would be the breasts and thighs and nothing, surprise ! more thighs and wings, 6 thighs, 3 wings and a single breast, we asked that they change some pieces of thighs for another part of the chicken and not only did we have a refusal from the employee but she also didn't even apologize, on the contrary she was rude and Even defiant, my husband, upon seeing her so defiant, asked for a complaint form and said that we could put it in and that her name was Roxana. Believe me, I worked for many years in hospitality and clients are not treated like that.

I didn't think I'd ever leave a review for a KFC, but here we are. The customer service would honestly put Karen's Diner to shame. In fact, it might be worth the trip if you're into that.Anyway, unfortunately I realised I'd been given the wrong order when I got to the beach. Perhaps partly my mistake for not checking, but but upon returning was met with denial, accusation and a definite reluctance to refund for their error as I hadn't brought the offending items back quickly enough. (I'm not sure if they were intending to restock the cold fries, but given other reviews about microwaved food perhaps they were.)No apology, and a very real attitude from the shift manager (Marjela?) and her colleagues. Even trying to continue an argument as I was leaving.I would certainly avoid this one, other KFC's are available..
