We had a £19.99 chicken bucket,service was excellent,took our chicken bucket back to our hotel 4 mins walk away and the 4 lots of chips were cold but the chicken & gravy were spot on.So come on guys sort those chips out otherwise you would of had top scores.
Had to wait ages for our order as they were very shortstaffed. Food was very overpriced cold horrible soggy chips that tasted like they were reheated. I had a vegan chicken burger that was tasteless and was over £5 just for one burger and the lady behind the counter forgot to give my grandson he’s fruit shoot it’s about time we got back to the car. It was unclear on the ordering unit when you had to scan your app. Had to ask for assistance from a member of staff who told me that I had to scan at the very beginning. So I had to order it all over again , then when I payed, the amount didn't seem to be any different.?
