You can guarantee a decent desert when you go to Sprinkles...so much to choose from but it helps if you like, or love ice-cream! If you didn't love it before you went you would afterwards!Parking: Had to go to a nearby car park and pay, but worth it for the experience.

ive been coming here for years and trust me they are so amazing, all the ingredients are so delicious and i love the chocolate its so MMM, i will always reccomend to have ice cream with the pancake because its delicious, the milkshake is really good i love the strawberries and cream, basically everything here is delicious. and to be honest if you go there the portions are larger in the place than at delivery (?) and your food comes fast. overall amazing

Bit sad to see this place in such a messy state. Dirty plates and cups everywhere and it was entirely empty when we arrived… Likely due to being short staffed? Woman on the till really struggled to understand my order requests, super unenthusiastic and unhelpful.

Only 1 member of staff watched crepe handled with bare hands no PPE.Had 2 ice cream 2 scoops in a cone both cones were soft not realised until after eating most ice cream. Place was of dirty plates and cups but this is probably due to only 1 person working.

This is the best cafe or ice cream shop ever I tried both delivery and going into the cafe and both were breathtaking amaizing the best costomer service and the manegers are very nice and welcoming. Definatly better than scoops, shakeaway and creams cafe bornmouth there are mouth watering flouvors of ice cream and suculent waffels and milkshakes many of my friends that went their told me about this place because I tried all the ice cream shops in bornmouth and so this was the last one to try the others i did not like much but this place is amazing with freash moist cakes that are absolutly delicious it is very close to the beach and has a very nice view of the city center the place is very higenic and even has tv's the cheapest icecream shop in bornmouth. Dont walk to sprinkles run their, onece you get there you will be thanking me and this is a very honest review . Also they have free samples so you know which icecream is best for you.
The ice cream was good, a bit expensive but I guess it's the same price all around. I give 4 stars and not 5 stars because the service was incredible slow and when asking for two parfums the guy was pissed because we didn't say that we want two scoops even if we did ask for the two together - that was probably a misunderstanding but he was impolite with us. Other than that, everything good.

A wonderful way to spend an evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and offered to let us try samples before choosing. They have an abundance of different flavours which are all delicious! The ambience is nice with low volume music playing in the background and comfortable seating in booths. A great venue to enjoy dessert!

Absolutely awful experience here tonight!We normally come and there are 2 members of staff that are Absolutely amazing, kind, polite and just lovely but tonight we've come in for a pick me up (sweet treat!) And left feeling worse off!The man working today/tonight vert rude, generally grumpy put no effort at all into what he was doing, our dessert was £9 and was boring and not very nice he just couldn't be bothered!There was no music on tonight, the atmosphere was horrible. .we normally come up every month we get good portions and the staff are great with the kids and at least smile!After tonight we won't be coming back!Whoever the 2 members of staff are that usually work, I want them back!Absolutely gutted , very depressed mum here. Thanks random grumpy man.

Sprinkles is awesome...the ice cream is great but alot of the time we have gone in there and there has been really inappropriate things on their tv's...I called up and ask if they would be OK to turn one of the TV off as I am coming in with 7 young children..they totally understood...I thought that was really cool of them!??
