Awful service. It took ages for them to make it and even then they made the drink wrong.Then, they wouldn't admit it and I had to tell them that there is no coffee in a Cream Frappuchino. Only then would they remake it. Don't order here.

Need my breakfast before catching my train. Thanks God Starbucks was on my way. Super cool staff and very nice friendly service.Always like to grab Cappuccino and tuna panini. Very nice atmosphere. Even couple of people were working on their laptops. Plenty of seating and very clean toilet.

Harassment by jehovas witness is horrible in this place. I guess they target this place because of the young middle Eastern kids studying here. Horrible.

Came in here for a quick coffee, decided to visit the convenience whilst they made the coffee, found the toilet was blocked and the flush button missing. Came back and reported it to a young chap by the name of “Kit” as a FYI, who told me that it’s not his problem and it’s his managers problem and he doesn’t want to know about it! Great service Starbucks.

What a horrible costumer service I have experienced today…apparently they having issue with the system, they can’t take card payments also they not takin cash payments basically you can’t pay after placing an order and I was treated by a “gentleman “ called Tom if you don’t have time you don’t have to wait ( I said not a world that’s a problem if I have to wait)He was so rude in the entire time with everyone and so arrogant.After waiting 10 minutes I walked out because of the atmosphereLiterally he was turning customers down.You shouldn’t work with this attitude Tom…

The food was terrible at the coffee wasn't even hot did complain but didn't get it any hotter the staff was too busy talking to friends and college than serving people add white as order students take up all the seats where there should be in college the they are wasting taxpayers money
