An Allan's cave of pleasure. It's not just the homemade food that tickles the senses. Art studio, no fuss frills, just a basic, good place to eat excellent food and take in some beautiful creations.

Truly the most delicious fish pie ever. Friendly and efficient service always. Stunning art on display. Sadly the upstairs was closed. The hand made furniture was just beautiful. What a treat on a cold & wind Saturday in West Bay. We will be back.

We had three different cakes all of them were so most and fresh. Pushing the boundaries of structural stability. Very special indeed worth visiting the area just for this I will not forget this place.

Small caffee alongside a small art gallery. Beautifully decorated, with lots of beautiful art pieces. Most importantly, the food was delicious and coffee was great. The team was great and we could even spend sometime chatting in Spanish with a lovely lady (Stacey), she was looovely and made is feel super welcome. A beautiful spot in West Bay and one I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Slow but otherwise good service, probably due to demand, but excellent food and a lovely atmosphere in this tucked-away gem.

£22 for a crab sandwich, £10-£14 for standard sandwiches like tuna and cheese. Never ever paid those prices for sandwiches and I live in London. The worst part about it is that they’re not even that good.

Sladers Yard is just outside the main West Bay area but it is worth finding. We had an excellent value meal with very good service.

Fantastic breakfast at this little out of the way space. Huge portions and really good quality and the coffee is amazing. Dog friendly to boot.

We sat in the sheltered courtyard and enjoyed the most delicious spicy parsnip soup and bread, followed by gelato. We ordered the large bowl and it did not disappoint. Whilst paying another customer was praising the crab sandwiches. A gem.

We discovered Sladers Yard Cafe some years ago and have always been impressed by the consistent excellent quality of the food and service. Our last visit (December 1st) was no exception. The fish pie was wonderful - the best I’ve had. Their fish stew - my usual choice - is fantastic. It’ll be the pan fried scallops next time! If you’re planning on a visit to the West Bay area treat yourself - you won’t be disappointed.
