I bought two large "sourdough" loaves this morning at £4.50 each. I am very disappointed to find that they are just ordinary white loaves. They taste delicious but aren't sourdough. Very pleasant staff & I understand current trading constraints, but I don't understand why I was sold these and am very disappointed and so I won't be returning.

I can say that the pasties are among the nicest I've ever had. The staff were both happy and pleasant to deal with.I would happily return.

I've been multiple times and enjoyed lots. The Chelsea bun today was perfect, along with a packed multi-seed tin loaf.

We have visited all the bakeries in Lyme Regis and Bridport and this was by far the best. The sourdough is awesome and the cakes are to die for. Best bakery I've ever been too. The pasties are great as well.

Walked past the shop late on Saturday afternoon with friends and a young lady jumped out of the shop and gave us a bag of pasties. Absolutely delicious, so will pop in next time we're in Bridport. Thank you.

So, bought a traditional pasty, a vegetarian one and two cakes, a Viennese Whirl and a Chocolate Brownie. All without exception were delicious, very flavoursome. The staff were very friendly too. Can't wait to go back to Bridport to sample some other goodies.

This is a bakery that believes that size counts. The cakes and rolls are enormous, often covered in large amounts of chocolate or frosting. The bakery looks grotty, worn and stained vinyl flooring. The shop just looks tired and the food, unappealing. If you're on a budget this is the place, only then.
